TITLE: Daredevil: The Man Without Fear vol. 1, issue #23

YEAR: December 1966

COMPANY: Marvel Comics

Written by Stan Lee

ART: Gene Colan

INKS: Frank Giacoia

LETTERING: Sam Rosen

With the 23rd issue of “Daredevil: The Man Without Fear”, it’s the continuation of Daredevil’s fight vs. the Tri-Man.

And as Daredevil manages to beat Tri-Man and has to face the men who powered the android, it leads to the thrilling battle between Daredevil vs. the Gladiator.

We have seen Daredevil defeat the Gladiator before but this time, the Gladiator feels he has a chance of gaining the upperhand.

Meanwhile, as the Gladiator fights Daredevil, this is part of Masked Marauder’s plan in order to take over the Maggia Crime Gang.  He has lived up to expectations of having Daredevil fight his android but now it all comes down to the Gladiator fighting and defeating Daredevil.

If anything, this battle is one of Daredevil’s toughest fights yet, as the Gladiator has his blades on his wrists that can kill.

But how will this battle end? Dare I say, it may not be what you expect?

For the most part, another fun and entertaining battle crafted by Stan Lee himself! And the art by Gene Colan is magnificent!

If you been wanting to see a major battle from start to finish featuring Daredevil, definitely check out issue #23!

‘Nuff said!
