With the Gray Hulk now having this Joe Fixit persona and becoming a Las Vegas enforcer, ala crime boss.  Suffice to say, his presence makes other enforcers upset.

So, how do you beat someone so strong?  Find someone who is strong and can absorb and turn anything he wants.

So, one mob boss hires the Absorbing Man to show Joe Fixit and Berengetti, who’s the boss of Las Vegas.

The Absorbing Man has been through a lot.

Tricked by Thor and put in another dimension, the Absorbing Man was left alone with nothing but the feeling of emptiness.

But through circumstances, he found himself back into reality and now he feels he has something to prove and that’s to take on a job that has meaning.

This leads to a battle between Joe Fixit vs. the Absorbing Man. But because Bruce Banner’s Joe Fixit is only available by night and not wanting to change back to Bruce Banner, Joe Fixit dons a hat and glasses and wearing a full suit so he doesn’t burn in the sunlight and be available during the day.

But what happens when he has to face the Absorbing Man during the day? Needless to say, it’s an exciting battle between the two. As the Absorbing Man and the Hulk have fought each other numerous times in the past.

But this time, the Absorbing Man will take on not the green hulk, but a gray behemoth that possesses intelligence.

So, not wanting to spoil this storyline, let’s just say that it’s a magnificent and risky strategy by Joe Fixit on playing the defensive against the Absorbing Man!
