A fitting conclusion of this Kazar arc. From this arc, we learn more about Kazar’s past and his connection with the Plunderer but I found the series to be picking up steam as the stories are becoming to be much more readable, interesting but more than anything, darn right entertaining!

TITLE: Daredevil The Man Without Fear! vol. 1, issue #15

YEAR: April 1966

COMPANY: Marvel Comics

STORY: Stan Lee

PENCILS: John Romita

INKING: Frankie Ray

LETTERING: Artie Simek

For Matt Murdock, he is happy to be back home, but his return home is not so smooth as he senses Foggie having a hardtime and needing Karen Page to help him in the office.  It turns out that Foggy has not fully recovered since being hurt by the Ox back in issue #6.  But for Matt Murdock (aka Daredevil), he’s just happy that the dim-witted Ox is in prison.

Meanwhile, in prison, Ox is being commanded by Dr. Stragg to help them break out of prison.  Dr. Stragg, a scientist promises him that if he gets them out, he will make him smart.

And sure enough, Ox does what Dr. Stragg says and both escape from prison and when they arrive at a laboratory, Dr. Stragg promises him to make him smart and attaches a device on both of their heads.  But instead of making Ox smart, Dr. Stragg’s mind has now switched to the Ox’s body and Ox is now in Dr. Stragg’s body.  It was a lie, Dr. Stragg just wanted the Ox’s strength by taking over his body.

As Daredevil pursues Ox, he is shocked when he sees the Ox near a woman, but it’s not just any ordinary woman, it’s Karen Page and the Ox with the Dr.’s intellect , beats Daredevil and put’s clothing of the Ox on Daredevil.

Meanwhile, the Ox takes Karen as prisoner and brings her to his hideout and who else is there but the Ox (in Dr. Skragg’s body) but despite being weak, the Ox fights back which leads to another fight between the Ox vs. Daredevil.

Overall, “Daredevil” issue #15 is a pretty awesome issue, with only one ridiculous thing and that is Dr. Skragg putting the clothing of Ox on Daredevil.    Being a hulking, large guy, how does the Dr., who is wanted by the police, manage to find clothes that would fit Daredevil?  And to make things worse, the police believe that Daredevil was responsible for the Ox and the Dr’s, breakout from prison.  Whatever.

But outside of that, “Daredevil” issue #15 was much better than I was expecting!
