Could Captain Jean DeWolff’s brother, Brian, who was thought to be deceased, actually may be alive?
That’s the question that Spider-Man wants to know and who would be best to check this out? Dr. Strange!
As Dr. Strange is able to see what happened to Jean’s brother on the night he was supposedly killed, Jean DeWolff goes to the Calvary Cemetery to investigate and she learns that The Wraith is not her father, but in fact her brother.
Meanwhile, Tony Stark continues to investigate who the identity of the Wraith is and his investigation leads to one man, Jean’s father, Phillip DeWolff.
As Spider-Man and Dr. Strange head to the cemetery, they are attacked by Jean’s father and he is somehow able to manipulate objects and trap the two heroes.
As Jean is spooked out about the revelation , it was revealed that Phillip DeWoff went to bad people to help revive his son. Wanting to use his son as a weapon, as DeWolff tried to protect his son, he and his son were both zapped and father and son started to glow.
Phillip DeWolff finds out that he could control Brian’s actions by mere thought and that they have telekinetic powers.
While Dr. Strange and Spider-Man are able to escape from captivity, Phillip DeWolff shows how much evil has become and attacks Jean using Brian’s body. Can Spider-Man, Dr. Strange and Iron Man stop the DeWolff men from killing Jean?
So far, this Wraith Arc has been a solid read. An entertaining storyline plus you get three heroes in a Marvel Team-Up!
